KEN OKUYAMA DESIGNがカーデザインで培った疾走感あふれるデザインと装着感・視認性の追求、そして日本製の機械式ムーブメントや職人の手によるザラツ研磨など、メイド・イン・ジャパンにこだわった精緻な時計技術により、スピード、距離、時間が融合した優雅でストイックな”ジャパン・プレステージ”を作り上げました。
The new four limited-edition of models ISSEY MIYAKE WATCH ‘GT’ with mechanical movement are designed by KEN OKUYAMA, and inspired by the Grand Touring automobile for motor sports. Speed, Distance, and Time are embodied in the mechanical watch. Mechanical movements made in Japan are housed in high-quality, expressive cases, Sallaz-polished by craftsmen. The dynamic style of design cultivated in the experience in car design is combined with the intricate Japanese horology, attaining genuine ‘Japan Prestige’.
