The Jikei Gakuen COM Group which Okuyama serves as an honorary principal held “2020 JIKEI COM Game & e-Sports SHOW” at Hotel Okura Tokyo for two days on Dec.19th(Sat) and Dec.20th(Sun), where its students showed the results they have cultivated through industry-academia collaborative education in various fields such as game illustration / music, PC / tablet games, CG / animation / video, VR / AR, and e-Sports. Okuyama spoke with Jay Koottareppallil, honorary education advisor, on the theme of “Industry Special Symposium ~ Welcome to the Age of X-TECH ~” and talked about “the importance of creativity”. At the venue, which welcomed a large number of visitors during the event, sufficient measures against covid-19 were implemented such as consideration to prevent crowding and wearing masks.
