- 七日町御殿堰開発 / Gotenzeki, Nanuka-machi Development
山形県山形市の中心市街地を網の目のように流る約400年前に作られた水堰「山形五堰」の一つ「御殿堰」を復活させ、親水空間と堰の景観を利用した再開発商業施設「七日町御殿堰」のマスタープランをデザイン。ハレとケの共存する街づくりをコンセプトに、山形の風景として歴史ある蔵を活かし、古いものとモダンが共存する長屋風の建物と石積みの堰による暮らしぶりを感じる空間をテーマにしています。実施設のモニュメントや店舗看板、大黒天などもデザインしました。
The “Goten Pass”, one of the water tank “Yamagata Goseki” made about 400 years ago that flows like a net in the central city of Yamagata City, Yamagata Prefecture, was revived, and the master plan of the redevelopment commercial facility “Nanukamachi Gotenzeki” using the hydrotherm space and the landscape of the axe was designed.
